We Assessed
Evolve IP consulted with Dominion to determine that dedicated bandwidth and QoS were the biggest issues to be resolved. Integration with their Salesforce CRM was also a key feature in a new hosted phone system.
We Deployed
Evolve IP’s engineers worked with their carrier services contacts and the IT staff at Dominion to establish an implementation plan that shortened the timeline for deployment. A quick turn around was very important to Dominion as the issues with the existing phone system were negatively affecting their business and causing customer service issues.
We Supported
After installation Evolve IPs service team ensured that the system was working properly. Once the system install is complete Evolve IP’s team of engineers monitors Dominion’s network and system 24×7 to ensure that the solution operates at peak efficiency. Future system upgrades and software patches are applied at no additional charge; the hosted phone system from Evolve IP is always current and up to date.
