Case Study: Resolution

After years of paying too much for their phone service from AT&T, Resolution Productions Group, a design and production company in Chicago, IL, decided that it was time to see if there were other options out there for their telephone carrier services. After consulting with our technicians about Resolution Productions Group’s current phone system and phone company configuration our sales team was able to determine that Windstream’s SIP based phone service with a PRI handoff to the Avaya phone system was the solution that would provide Resolution Productions Group with the best savings and the most dependable service.
Our technical team worked with Windstream’s engineers and project managers to develop an implementation plan that minimized downtime for Resolution Productions Group’s phone service. We performed an initial turn up and test prior to the cutover to ensure that the new Windstream service was working as it should prior to the cutover.
